This critical role ensures the company’s HR practices align with its Core Values, providing leadership in areas like employee relations, compliance, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities
  • HR Leadership: Manage day-to-day HR functions, including HRIS system (BambooHR), employee engagement, policy interpretation, and employee life-cycle management.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee new hire integration, employee retention, and exit processes.
  • HR Compliance: Stay updated on HR laws, ensuring policies comply with legal requirements and managing benefits enrollment.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor HR staff and provide training/coaching to supervisors on performance management, growth opportunities, and corrective actions.
