E2 Optics, an award-winning, woman-owned technology integrator, is looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to oversee and enhance HR functions across the organization. This critical role ensures the company’s HR practices align with its Core Values, providing leadership in areas like employee relations, compliance, and employee engagement.

• HR Leadership: Manage day-to-day HR functions, including HRIS system (BambooHR), employee engagement, policy interpretation, and employee life-cycle management.
• Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee new hire integration, employee retention, and exit processes.
• HR Compliance: Stay updated on HR laws, ensuring policies comply with legal requirements and managing benefits enrollment.
• Team Development: Lead and mentor HR staff and provide training/coaching to supervisors on performance management, growth opportunities, and corrective actions.
