REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • 2+ years experience in human resources management
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective human resources programs
  • Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree in human resources, business administration, or CIPD Qualification

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the strategy for all aspects of human resources including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance with employment laws
  • Serve as a business partner to leadership, providing coaching and guidance on people-related issues
  • Oversee the development and implementation of programs designed to engage employees and build a positive culture
  • Manage the budget for the HR department and ensure cost-effective operations
  • Conduct regular audits of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in human resources and make recommendations to senior management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Represent the company at various events and conferences related to human resources
  • Manage compliance and Health Safety
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on various topics related to human resources
  • Perform other duties as assigned
