About the Role Elesta Family Office is seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual HR Manager to oversee core human resources operations and support the development of efficient HR processes across the organization. This role requires a professional who can manage HR administration end-to-end while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism expected in a Family Office environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding — while ensuring that all HR processes are structured, compliant, and aligned with internal policies. Key Responsibilities Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding processes. Prepare, review, and maintain employment contracts, amendments, and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the organization. Manage employee records and HR databases, ensuring accurate and confidential documentation. Support and administer the performance review process, including scheduling, documentation, and communication with managers. Assist leadership with HR policies, procedures, and internal HR initiatives. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters, policies, and procedures. Ensure proper offboarding procedures, including documentation, system updates, and exit coordination. Support HR reporting and maintain HR documentation standards. Contribute to maintaining a professional, supportive, and structured workplace environment. Requirements Proven experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or HR Management. Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (contracts, onboarding, offboarding, performance management). Fluent Russian language skills are required; professional English proficiency is also necessary. Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
