What you'll be doing👥 Leading day-to-day HR, giving expert advice to managers and employees⚖️ Guiding managers through ER matters: disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, absence and performance management🚀 Helping managers drive engagement, performance and accountability🤝 Supporting recruitment and owning onboarding from offer through to induction, building better processes along the way👶 Advising on family-friendly policies to keep the business compliant📘 Working with an external HR consultant to keep contracts, policies and the staff handbook up to date with legislation and best practice🌱 Identifying learning needs and supporting development and training📊 Partnering with senior leaders on projects like employee surveys, wellbeing initiatives, salary benchmarking and job descriptions

What you'll bring✅ CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)✅ Solid, demonstrable employee relations experience✅ A proven track record of supporting managers and teams through HR challenges and change
