POSITION SUMMARY

Envera Systems is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in our office. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations (including FMLA, ADA, and FLSA).
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Character: A proactive, detail-oriented, and empathetic professional with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Administer and support the performance review process, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement and goal setting.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage and administer employee compensation, benefits programs, and leave of absence requests, ensuring market competitiveness and compliance.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop or source training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover, recruitment, and employee engagement.
