We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to lead our people function and support our ambitious growth.
The Role
As our HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, compliance, training, employee relations, and staff wellbeing. You will work closely with Directors, Operations Managers, and Supervisors to ensure we have a skilled, engaged, and compliant workforce to meet our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and onboarding of cleaning, driving, and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law, right-to-work checks, and GDPR.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinaries, and grievances.
• Develop and maintain training plans (H&S, COSHH, manual handling, safeguarding).
• Support payroll and holiday/absence management.
• Oversee HR policies, staff handbook, and employment contracts.
• Advise Directors on HR strategy and workforce planning.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in HR management (cleaning, logistics, or service industry desirable).
• Confident with UK employment law, HR best practice, and health & safety compliance.
• Skilled in recruitment, employee relations, and staff development.
• Highly organised, approachable, and a strong communicator.
• CIPD qualified (Level 5+) – desirable but not essential.
