We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team in Riyadh, specifically to lead the HR function for our expanding Food & Beverage division. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business objectives and foster a high-performance culture. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy of the Food & Beverage division. Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees for various F&B roles. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other complex issues in a professional and timely manner. Nurture a positive and engaging working environment that promotes employee morale and productivity. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and facilitates professional development. Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programmes tailored to the F&B industry to attract and retain top talent. Ensure full legal compliance with Saudi Arabian labour law and regulations throughout all human resource management activities. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training and development programmes for all levels of staff. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics. Qualifications Proven working experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, with significant experience within the Food & Beverage or hospitality sector being essential. In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian labour law and HR best practices. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent people management skills and a demonstrable ability to lead and develop an HR team. Strong active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organisation. People-oriented, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable. Benefits A competitive remuneration package.
