Nation Security is currently seeking an HR Manager who possesses strong leadership qualities, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities. This role will encompass various responsibilities, including the development and implementation of organizational strategies and the oversight of HR personnel.

REQUIREMENTS:

4. Extensive knowledge of onboarding processes and recruiting.
5. Must be able to commute to the Miami area reliably

1. Recruit, interview, onboard, and train qualified candidates who would be valuable additions to our organization.
2. Act as a liaison between employees and managers, providing guidance on issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment.
3. Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures, and offer recommendations for improvements.
4. Provide advice on key organizational policies, decision-making, and strategic planning initiatives, including business administration and annual budgeting.
5. Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date maintenance of internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records.
6. Organize Job Fairs/Open Houses to enhance the applicant hiring experience and ensure new hires go through a smooth onboarding process.
7. Ensure employees adhere to all company policies and procedures.
8. Assess reports from the HR team, team leaders, and operations managers to determine employee performance and training needs.
9. Propose changes in policies and procedures based on employee and company requirements.
10. Research industry and regulatory compensation standards to establish salary structures and administer employee benefits.
11. Develop recruitment plans, interview schedules, and evaluation criteria in line with HR best practices and labor laws.
12. Supervise all HR activities, communications, reports, requests, and documents generated and received by the team.
13. Participate in interdepartmental meetings with other managers.
14. Oversee exit interviews and exit procedures.
