The ideal candidate will possess a desire to grow with the firm and ability to oversee recruiting, payroll, and benefits initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills and the to multitask in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, including FMLA and OSHA regulations.
  • Administer benefits programs, payroll processes, and workers’ compensation claims.
  • Conduct employee evaluations and performance management initiatives to enhance workforce productivity.
  • Lead training and development programs to promote employee growth and skill enhancement.
