This position requires providing support in all areas of human resources including planning, directing, and coordinating HR activities of a General Beverage Sales Company. Duties include employee compensation issues, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance. We offer an amazing benefits package to include Health, Dental, and Vision Ins. We also have a 401K Match program along with profit sharing. Our vacation and sick time packages are beyond generous. This position is not remote or hybrid. Requirements · Minimum of an associate degree in human resources preferred or equivalent job-related experience. · Must possess a valid driver’s license. · Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. · Minimum of three years of related work experience. · High degree of judgment, discretion, and knowledge of the company, its policies, personnel, and how to enable them to work independently under general guidelines. · Trustworthiness and honesty based on the access to highly confidential personnel information. · General knowledge of accounting and payroll practices. · Knowledge of benefit practices and ability to administer the company’s benefit programs. · Knowledge to formulate employment goals and objectives consistent within the company, as well as federal, state, and local guidelines.
