JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance with employment labor laws. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage human capital management initiatives and contribute to the overall organizational design.

EXPERIENCE

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in an HR generalist role or similar position is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with HR software systems such as Paychex, Dayforce, UltiPro, SAP, or PeopleSoft is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration and employment labor law is essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases using systems such as Paychex, Dayforce, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft.
  • Provide guidance on employment labor laws and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Support organizational design initiatives by analyzing workforce needs and recommending improvements.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Assist in the development of training programs and performance management processes.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation processes to enhance new hire experiences.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement of HR practices.
