Newlands Closure Project, was operating as an Open Cut Mine until February 2023, we have now finished coal production and are progressing ahead to new and exciting times as we rehabilitate and close the forty-year-old mine. We strive to be industry leaders as we transition to be Queensland’s largest rehabilitation project to date.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager for a max term parental leave, 13 month contract to lead our HR function and contribute to our ongoing operational success.
Reporting to the Operations Manager/SSE, this is a pivotal, site based role that forms part of the senior leadership team. You will lead the development and delivery of HR strategies that support site/operational objectives while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
