Description

An exceptional opportunity to shape people, culture and performance within one of Saudi Arabia’s most progressive organisations.

Our client is a highly respected automotive group with an ambitious vision for continued growth, and innovation. Recognised as one of the country’s best places to work, the organisation combines a strong commitment to its people with a clear focus excellence, customer experience and long-term success.

They are seeking an accomplished HR Manager to join the leadership team and play a pivotal role in advancing the people strategy.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a high-calibre Saudi national who has established a strong track record in HR management and is ready to take the next significant step in their career.

The Opportunity

Reporting into senior leadership, the HR Manager will provide strategic and operations HR leadership, partnering closely with business leaders to ensure that people, capability and organisational priorities are fully aligned with the Group’s growth ambitions.

The role will encompass the full breadth of modern HR management, including organisational development, talent and succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning, leadership development and employee relations. You will also contribute to initiatives that strengthen culture, enhance organisational capability and position them as an employer of choice.

Beyond delivering a highly effective HR operation, you will be expected to bring insight, influence and commercial understanding to the business, challenging constructively and helping leaders make better people decisions.

About You

  • At least five years’ progressive HR management experience, ideally gained within a leading corporate or diversified group.
  • A strong understanding of contemporary HR strategy, organisational development and employee lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrable experience partnering with senior stakeholders and operating effectively within a complex, high-performance environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, influencing and relationship-building capabilities.
  • A pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach, combined with sound commercial judgement.
  • Saudi Arabian nationality, which is an essential requirement for this appointment.
