What You’ll Do:

As the Human Resources Manager, you’ll lead a small HR team and oversee all key HR functions, including:

  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Build a positive and compliant work environment
  • Talent Management: Support hiring, onboarding, succession planning, and performance reviews
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and support continuous employee development
  • Benefits, Payroll & HR Administration: Manage compensation, benefits programs, and payroll
  • Health & Safety & WSIB: Ensure workplace health, safety, and compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Change Management: Help guide teams through organizational shifts and improvements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–7 years of experience in a Human Resources Manager or similar HR leadership role
  • CHRL designation (Certified Human Resources Leader) – required
  • Recent HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation, payroll, HRIS systems, and health & safety practices
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments
