Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This role requires balancing operational HR activities with strategic planning and delivery of HR initiatives.
You will play a fundamental role in the HR Function in providing support and guidance throughout the full employment lifecycle.
You will have direct responsibility providing advice, guidance and support to a large percentage of the global business, in addition to driving employee engagement, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes, practices and procedures, whilst aligning HR practices with the overall strategic goals of the business.

Responsibilities include; but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing the HR Function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, promoting employee engagement, and supporting staff development
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations and company policies
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date HR Records
  • Coordination of process flow, policy and People Strategy
  • Regular travel to our international offices

The successful candidate will be supported through continuous learning and CIPD Qualification.

Experience within a HR role, or related Degree would be a distinct advantage; in addition to:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, take initiative and find proactive solutions, contribute to new ideas, work unsupervised, under pressure and multitask effectively
  • Build comprehensive knowledge of rapidly changing areas of work, including relevant policies and procedures and be able to identify and refine existing work practices and procedures
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal, written & verbal skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting statistical and trend information
  • Strong IT proficiency and experience with HR Systems, Microsoft Office & G-Suite Package
