KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding to ensure the right people are in the right seats.
· Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational design.
· Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, engagement, and conflict resolution.
· Oversee HR operations, systems, and reporting for efficiency and compliance.
· Administer compensation, benefits, and compliance programs that attract and retain talent.
· Drive initiatives that strengthen and sustain our company culture, ensuring it supports business goals and employee engagement.
· Coach leaders in performance management and accountability.
· Design and deliver training programs that support growth and business needs.
