HUMAN RESOURCES LEAD MANAGER

We are seeking a Human Resources Lead Manager to guide our people strategy, strengthen our team culture, and lead initiatives that help our mission come to life. This role is both strategic and hands-on, responsible for all HR functions across the organization.

The Human Resources Lead Manager will:

  • Design and implement HR policies that align with our values and operational goals
  • Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain exceptional people
  • Build performance management systems that develop skills and recognize contributions
  • Foster employee engagement through meaningful communication and connection
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Develop leadership at every level of the organization

This is a role for a proactive leader who understands that people are the heart of an organization. The right candidate will combine strong business insight with a deep commitment to creating an environment where our team—and, in turn, our patients—can thrive.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in English, bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of progressive HR leadership experience (in healthcare, medical, or dental a plus)
  • Proven success in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing HR technology platforms and data-driven HR decision-making
  • Expertise in building HR structures from the ground up and scaling teams.
  • Proactive mindset, attention to detail, highly organized, and willingness to support the office team
  • Reliable form of transportation
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and be a team player

Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives and long-term growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on organizational structure, workforce planning, and employee relations.
  • Lead initiatives to foster a culture of collaboration, high performance, and patient-centric service.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier orthodontic and support talent.
  • Oversee all aspects of hiring, including job postings, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Design and execute a best-in-class onboarding experience to set new team members up for success.
  • Create programs to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead professional development initiatives, including training, leadership coaching, and succession planning.
  • Oversee performance management systems, ensuring fair and constructive feedback processes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as industry regulations.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, 401k, and HR technology systems.
  • Develop policies and procedures that support a safe, inclusive, and compliant workplace.
  • Champion Imagine Orthodontic Studio’s values and patient-first culture.
  • Partner with leadership to build strong team dynamics, promote accountability, and inspire excellence.
