HUMAN RESOURCES LEAD MANAGER

We are seeking a Human Resources Lead Manager to guide our people strategy, strengthen our team culture, and lead initiatives that bring our mission to life. This role is both strategic and hands-on, overseeing all HR functions across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who understands that people are the heart of an organization. They will combine strong business insight with a passion for creating an environment where our team—and, in turn, our patients—can thrive.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in English (bilingual in Spanish a plus).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of progressive HR leadership experience (healthcare, medical, or dental a strong plus).
  • Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
