We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our organisation’s human resources functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Oversee onboarding, training programmes, and employee development initiatives.
• Handle employee relations issues, mediating conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
• Oversee and coordinate Human Resources activities to ensure efficient HR operations across the company.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and organisational policies through regular audits and updates.
• Analyse HR data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and improve organisational effectiveness.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on HR initiatives to senior management and staff.
• Manage performance appraisal processes and succession planning activities.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience within human resources, with a track record of supervising teams effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of human resources practices, employment legislation, and organisational policies.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent presentation skills for delivering training sessions and strategic updates.
• Experience in managing complex HR projects from inception to completion.
• Relevant qualifications in human resources or related fields are preferred but not essential.

Pay: £45,000.00-£52,000.00 per year
