About the Role As Human Resources Manager in our team of three you will manage the hotel’s key people processes, including recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement, and provide general support to hotel teams as required. You will partner with the operational leaders to deliver HR strategies that support business performance and achieve organisational goals. As a cluster role supporting both InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach and Holiday Inn Sydney Potts Point you will need to base yourself out of both properties at times. Your day to day * Lead all HR activities across the hotel, ensuring they support business goals and company values. * Create a positive and engaging workplace culture that supports employee satisfaction, performance, and retention. * Partner with leaders to provide HR guidance, coaching, and support on employee relations, performance management, and team development. * Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to attract, select, and retain talented employees. * Oversee employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation. * Deliver and promote IHG people programs, tools, and employer branding initiatives. * Support leadership development, succession planning, and the performance management process across the hotel. * Coordinate learning and development opportunities to help employees grow and achieve business objectives. * Build strong relationships internally and externally to support the hotel's people strategy and long-term success.
