Description KFI is seeking a skilled and passionate individual to fill the role of Human Resources Manager for an award-winning non-profit that serves several regions in Maine. KFI provides supports for adults with disabilities to live their best lives in their communities and we are looking for the right person to help support and guide our dynamic team. The Human Services Manager is responsible for performing the following duties: Recruits, helps with interviews, hires, and works collaboratively to onboard new employees Handles employee discipline consistent with agency policies Works collaboratively to offboard departing employees Bridges management and employee relations Ensure compliance with OSHA, and other state and federal regulations as needed Manage the electronic personnel records Collaborates with the Senior Leadership team Best applicants will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in the non-profit sector, strong independent work ethic, ability to learn new computer programs, and team work skills. Competitive salary and benefits package available. This position may be performed from the Millinocket, Lincoln, or Bangor office but travel to all offices as needed will be required. Requirements Applicants must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or experience commensurate with the responsibilities of the position.
