We’re growing—and we’re looking for a dynamic, experienced, and hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead and evolve our HR functions. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing the full HR cycle across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, health and safety, employee relations, compensation, policy development, and compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, testing, selection, offers, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate orientation and integration for new employees.
  • Track and report on recruitment effectiveness and onboarding progress.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
  • CHRP designation (or in progress) is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing, food production, or agricultural setting.
  • Payroll processing experience preferred (ADP Workforce Now or equivalent); training available.
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking and analysis is an asset.
  • Proven leadership in Health & Safety and legislative compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bilingualism in English and another language such as Spanish or Mandarin is an asset.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and willingness to engage
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Adaptable and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
