HR Manager – Technology | DubaiAED 15,000 per monthAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing technology company in Dubai as its first dedicated HR Manager.This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on HR operations, employee lifecycle management and establishing effective HR processes as the business continues to grow.Key responsibilities:Manage day-to-day HR operations and the full employee lifecycle
Oversee onboarding, contracts, leave, payroll coordination and offboarding
Develop and implement HR policies and processes
Manage employee relations and provide HR guidance to management
Support recruitment and workforce growth
Ensure UAE employment and HR compliance
Build the HR function and processes from the ground up
The ideal candidate:Proven experience as an HR Manager within a technology/IT business
UAE HR experience and strong knowledge of local employment practices
Comfortable working independently as the first HR hire
Hands-on, organised and commercially minded
Experience within a fast-growing business is highly desirable
