  • Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment to attract and onboard top talent.
  • Employee Engagement: Boost morale with team-building and recognition programs.
  • Performance & Training: Manage reviews and develop onboarding/training initiatives.
  • Compliance & Benefits: Ensure federal, state, and local labor law compliance and oversee benefits.
  • Strategic Leadership: Align HR strategies with firm goals to drive retention and growth.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: 3+ years in HR, ideally in professional services like law.
  • Skills: Expertise in recruitment, compliance, and benefits; proficient in human resource protocols specific to our location.
  • Qualities: Strategic, empathetic, and skilled in communication and conflict resolution.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or better. SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP a plus.
