POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join our fast-growing 503A mail order pharmacy team. This role will own the HR function across two pharmacy locations, driving HR strategy, compliance, and employee engagement in a highly regulated environment. As a trusted partner to leadership, you’ll design and implement policies, strengthen our culture, and ensure compliance with healthcare and employment laws. You’ll split your time between both pharmacy sites (approx. 40 minutes apart), ensuring consistent HR support and visibility across the organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in healthcare, pharmacy, or another regulated industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and HR experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and employee relations
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to build trust and credibility at all levels
  • Proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Comfortable traveling locally between at least two pharmacy locations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in compounding pharmacy, medical practice, or healthcare settings
  • Background in SOP development or regulatory compliance (OSHA, HIPAA, USP standards)
  • Familiarity with Texas employment laws
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification
