• Overall responsibility for the HR department of the branch and ensuring professional HR work while taking into account legal, collective bargaining and company framework conditions.
• Professional and disciplinary management and development of the HR team, as well as support of trainees and dual-study students.
• Competent advice and support for managers and employees in human resources and labor law matters.
• Responsibility for forward-looking strategic personnel planning, taking into account operational and economic objectives.
• Planning and implementation of suitable personnel development measures in close cooperation with the personnel development department
• Further development and management of workplace health management
• Participation in the further development, management and control of relevant HR key performance indicators.
• Active development of HR processes and introduction of new ideas for modern and future-oriented HR work
• Member of the management team

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on human resources management, business administration, economic psychology or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in a generalist HR role with management responsibility
• Sound knowledge of labor and works constitution law
• Experience in professional consulting and support of executives
• Strong communication and consulting skills, as well as a confident and professional demeanor.
• High degree of discretion, sense of responsibility and empathy
• Understanding of the relevant business performance indicators
• Sovereignty and solution-oriented approach even in challenging human resources situations
• Ideally, experience in coaching and/or psychological counseling.
