JOB OVERVIEW

Due to continued business growth, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our Edinburgh Head Office. This is an exciting, stand-alone role where you will act as the sole HR function, handling a full spectrum of HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will provide PA support to the CEO, contributing to the smooth running of the firm.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven HR experience within a professional services firm.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and ability to provide fair, consistent HR advice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • CIPD Foundation Certificate (preferred but not essential)

SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE BASED ON EXPERIENCE
