Description

Commercial HVAC company is looking for fine-tuned HR Manager. This position consists of overseeing all Human Resources tasks. The HR Manager will possess strong analytical and multitasking abilities while demonstrating proficiency in communication both internally and externally. This position is in-person and will include 40 hours per week at our headquarters in Escondido.

HR MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

· Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
· Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
· Phenomenal communication and organization skills
· Ability to type 50-60 words per minute (WPM)

Responsibilities
  • Review, edit and publish company employee handbook and updates when required
  • Answer any employee questions related to company expectations of that employee and steps company requires them to perform
  • Review and process employee time off / vacation / special requests after checking with departmental managers
  • Participate in new hire interviews for record keeping
  • Complete new employee onboarding upon hire
  • Complete departing employee offboarding upon separation
  • Produce and provide any server-related data such as profit reports for in-person meetings when requested
