* Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and workforce planning.

* HR Operations & Policies: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, processes, documentation and organisational structures.

* Employee Relations: Independently handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances and sensitive people-related issues with sound judgment and discretion.

* Performance & Development: Manage performance appraisals, accountability, employee coaching, development and engagement.

* UAE Labour Law & Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and HR best practices.

* Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation, benefits, leave management and payroll coordination.

* Reporting & Culture: Manage HR reporting, advise management on people-related matters and build a positive, professional and high-performing workplace culture.

* Management Support: Work closely with department heads and management, proactively resolve day-to-day HR matters and escalate only strategic issues, significant employee concerns or decisions requiring executive approval.

The Founder/CEO is open to providing external specialist HR support when occasionally required; however, the objective is to establish a strong and self-sufficient internal HR function.

Candidate Requirements

* Ideally 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including substantial experience independently managing an HR department or the full HR function.

* Strong UAE HR experience and sound knowledge of UAE labour law.

* Proven ability to manage the entire HR function independently, from operational execution to strategic people matters.

* Mature, confident, organised, decisive and emotionally intelligent, with excellent communication and people leadership skills.

* High levels of integrity, discretion, accountability and professional judgment.
