Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all human resources matters, including recruitment, employee development, performance management, and employee retention
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company goals and values
• Conduct recruitment activities, including creating job postings, conducting interviews, and selecting qualified candidates
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employees skills and maximize their potential
• Manage performance evaluations, salary reviews, and employee surveys to continuously improve employee satisfaction and productivity
• Resolve conflicts and manage employee complaints in accordance with company policies and local labor laws
• Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and guidelines, working closely with the legal team and external consultants

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the technology industry or a similar environment
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor law, and personnel management
• Experience in recruitment, employee development, and conflict resolution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Proficiency in Arabic language is advantageous
• Fluent English skills; German language skills are advantageous
