Description The Human Resources (HR) Manager plays a key role in onboarding and employee relations by coordinating new employee orientation, onboarding new employees, administering HR processes, preparing and maintaining employee documentation, and supporting the consistent application of policies and procedures. Working under the direction of the HR Director, the HR Manager ensures that all employment actions are carried out in accordance with the Human Resources Policy Manual. Serves as key operational backup to the HR Director. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in related field required or Bachelor’s Degree in unrelated field and five to ten years of experience in Human Resources. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to effectively present information to employees, skilled with computers and computer applications; detail oriented; ability to plan, develop, implement, and monitor NoCo’s Human Resources objectives; and has a positive attitude and high energy, is a quick learner, is adaptable to change, and is a resourceful problem solver.
