JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced and stable Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of HR experience in the UAE, with a proven record of career stability — at least 3 continuous years in each previous company. This position carries full responsibility for all HR functions, with a strong focus on recruitment, compliance, and employee management.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Male candidates only.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience in the UAE.
• Proven stability: minimum 3 continuous years in each previous company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in managing recruitment and HR operations independently.

• Lead and manage the entire recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and closing all vacancies.
• Ensure all staffing needs are met within the agreed timelines.
• Oversee HR operations including payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Maintain and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Provide strategic HR advice to senior management.
• Keep accurate employee records and HR reports.
