JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a highly experienced and stable HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of HR experience in the UAE, with a proven record of stability — minimum 3 continuous years in each previous company. This role requires full responsibility for recruitment, interviews, hiring, and closing vacancies, as well as overseeing all HR functions in compliance with UAE labor laws.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Male candidates only.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience in the UAE.
• Stable career history — at least 3 continuous years in each previous company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in successfully managing recruitment and HR operations.

• Take full ownership of the recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Ensure all vacancies are filled within target timelines.
• Manage and oversee all HR functions including employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance.
• Maintain and update HR policies in line with UAE labor laws.
• Provide strategic HR advice to management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
