Description The Human Resources Manager leads and executes the full HR function across multiple operational locations. This role partners closely with Operations leadership to drive workforce stability, regulatory compliance, safety culture, labor cost management, and leadership accountability. The HR Manager ensures that Olympus attracts, develops, and retains a reliable workforce while maintaining compliance across multiple states and supporting aggressive operational growth. This position requires strong experience in high-turnover environments, multi-state compliance, and operational HR leadership. Core Responsibilities Operational HR Leadership Partner with Directors, Regional Managers, and Center Managers to align workforce strategy with production and client service goals. Drive retention strategies to reduce turnover in high-volume environments. Monitor workforce trends and recommend proactive staffing solutions. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws across all operating states. Oversee I-9 compliance, E-Verify, workers' compensation claims, OSHA reporting, and safety documentation. Conduct internal investigations and manage progressive discipline processes. Train managers on documentation standards and risk mitigation. Performance Management & Accountability Oversee disciplinary processes and performance improvement plans (PIPs). Hold managers accountable for proper documentation and adherence to policy. Support KPI tracking. Recruiting & Workforce Stability Lead high-volume recruiting efforts for sanitation and janitorial positions. Build pipelines for supervisory and management roles. Payroll & Labor Cost Oversight Partner with Finance and Operations to monitor labor. Analyze overtime trends and recommend cost-control strategies. Support accurate payroll processing and auditing. Provide workforce analytics to executive leadership. Employee Relations & Culture Address employee concerns in a timely and professional manner. Promote safety culture and company values. Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives. Training & Development Develop training programs for supervisors and managers. Reinforce attendance, safety, and performance standards. Support career pathing and internal promotion programs. Conduct compliance and policy training. Key Performance Indicators Annual turnover below company target Overtime maintained under company threshold Reduced absenteeism rates Zero major compliance violations Workers' comp claims trend reduction 100% policy acknowledgment compliance Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of HR experience in high-volume environments. Multi-state HR compliance experience required. Experience in janitorial, sanitation, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics industries preferred. Strong knowledge of employment law and OSHA requirements. Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred).
