JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and drive strategic initiatives that enhance our organizational culture and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, talent acquisition, and employee relations, with the ability to navigate complex employment and labor laws. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strategic planning capabilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent management and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, including FMLA and OSHA regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in organization design, conflict management, program management, and change management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or Ceridian is preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various platforms.
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes related to HR functions is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA regulations, and employment & labor laws.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts and facilitating resolutions.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with organizational goals.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract top talent through effective sourcing strategies.
  • Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on best practices in human capital management.
  • Administer benefits programs and ensure accurate payroll processing using HRIS systems such as Workday, Paychex, or ADP.
  • Conduct employee evaluations and manage succession planning initiatives.
  • Utilize data analysis skills for workforce planning and process improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives to support organizational growth.
  • Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
  • Manage contracts related to HR services and maintain compliance with workers’ compensation requirements.
