ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our HR functions and drive the talent and culture strategy at Optimum7. This pivotal role will focus on cultivating a thriving workplace environment, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with international and domestic employment laws.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring top-tier candidates are identified, assessed, and onboarded.
  • HR Policy Development: Create and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment regulations in the U.S. and internationally.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a supportive and inclusive company culture by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting engagement initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive accountability and professional growth.
  • Training & Development: Design and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and align with organizational goals.
  • HR Operations: Manage compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and compliance with international employment standards.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Operations, to streamline onboarding, background checks, and compliance processes.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion DE&I initiatives, fostering an environment where diverse perspectives thrive.
