Description Oryana Community Co-op is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join the co-op’s Leadership Team! The HR Manager will support the team by providing oversight and ensuring efficient and compliant operations of the HR function. This includes oversight and involvement in employee relations and performance management, recruitment, compensation and benefit administration, training and development, policy development and interpretation, payroll, and safety.
