QUALIFICATIONS
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Human Resources Manager, you will lead all aspects of HR operations for Pangea across Indonesia and Singapore, supporting both strategic growth and internal compliance. This is a pivotal role that blends day-to-day HR management with corporate governance responsibilities to ensure our people, processes, and legal frameworks are aligned with Pangea’s mission and regulatory obligations.
You will drive talent development, enhance employee experience, maintain labor law compliance, and uphold internal policies that reflect the values of a regenerative, inclusive, and globally-minded organization. This role is ideal for a resourceful and detail-oriented HR leader with cross-cultural experience and a deep understanding of local labor law, operational risk, and startup dynamics.
