At West Delray Veterinary, we practice progressive, integrative, and mindful medicine in a healing, nurturing environment. As an AAHA-accredited hospital offering wellness care, advanced surgery, acupuncture, rehab, herbal therapies, and integrative cancer care, we believe that a healthy, fulfilled team leads to better outcomes for pets and people alike.
We are currently seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee daily HR operations across both West Delray Veterinary and our sister practice, Mindful Veterinary Care in Lake Worth. This position plays a key role in fostering a positive team culture while ensuring the administrative, financial, and staffing functions of HR are smooth and effective.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field required
  • HR certification preferred: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
  • Minimum 5 years in HR or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A positive, flexible attitude and genuine love for people (and animals!)
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Veterinary or healthcare HR experience a plus
