With strong product-market fit and international expansion underway, this is a great time to join.The Opportunity This is a hands-on customer onboarding and implementation role, rather than traditional account management. You’ll own new customers from sign-up through to successful activation, helping them get set up, adopt the platform and see value as quickly as possible. You’ll: Own onboarding from kickoff through to activation Run structured onboarding and implementation sessions Drive customers towards clear adoption and activation milestones Use data to identify customers at risk of falling behind Proactively remove blockers and accelerate time-to-value Deliver clean handovers into Account Management Help build and improve the onboarding playbook as the company scales globally What We’re Looking For Ideally, you’ll have experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementation or Account Management within B2B SaaS. You’ll be proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you can build the playbook rather than simply follow one.
