HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Location: Baker County, FL
Deployment: 6-8 Weeks Onsite | 1–2 Weeks Off |
We are staffing a secure detention facility in North Florida. We’re looking for an HR Manager ready to deploy and operate in a structured, high-security environment.
This is a boots-on-the-ground mission, not a desk job and you’ll be part of a rotational deployment in a detention environment. If you’re disciplined, reliable, and want to make a difference, we want you.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous Corrections, Detention, or Military experience strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 1 year in a secure, correctional, or detention facility environment.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to pass extensive background checks and obtain all necessary clearances to work in a detention facility.
  Job Types: Contract, Temporary
  Shift availability: This position will work 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week for the duration of the deployment, totaling 84 hours per week.
  Must be open to any of the following 12-hour shifts:
  · Day Shift
  · Night Shift
  · Overnight Shift
