As a rapidly expanding business, we want you to join our team and grow with us, and we can build you up from regional manager to operations and beyond! There is huge potential for growth, and we welcome anyone who is up to a challenging yet rewarding journey!

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting directly to the Executive Director and above, this position is essential to our day-to-day business administration and operations and is responsible for leading and developing a high performing team that aims to deliver results and achieve key objectives.
The HR Manager will play a critical role in supporting our store operations. This position requires frequent travel between store locations and active participation in store-level work (i.e., performing non-HR tasks such as helping on the floor, preparing drinks, or supporting team members during busy shifts). The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to frontline engagement.

Responsibilities
  • This position requires travel. Perform work in store is a must.
  • Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics across the organization.
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures aligned with company’s overall business strategy.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with senior management.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of store-level team members.
  • Monitor and improve employee performance, morale, and retention.
  • Conduct investigations, manage employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; dealing with grievances, violations and invoking disciplinary action when required.
  • Anticipate and resolve litigation risks.
  • Support and enforce company culture, standards, and operational policies.
  • Participate in-store operations to gain hands-on insight and foster team relationships.
