OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. This role is pivotal in shaping our organizational culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. You will work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a positive workplace environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on strategic planning, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, including FMLA, OSHA regulations, and workers’ compensation.
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation, conflict resolution, and program management.
  • Experience supervising HR teams or functions is essential.
  • Proficiency in HRIS tools such as Paychex, Dayforce, Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to various audiences.
