You’ll support leaders in developing high-performing teams, foster a positive workplace culture, and provide outstanding service to our employees. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, coaching leaders, and creating an exceptional employee experience. What You’ll Do Lead full cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding Partner with department leaders on staffing strategies workforce planning Serve as the primary resource for employee relations concerns and conflict resolution Coach managers on performance management, documentation, and corrective action Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Maintain employee personnel files and HRIS records Coordinate benefits enrollment and answer employee benefit questions Support payroll by ensuring employee information and timekeeping practices Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding Coordinate training programs, compliance training, and leadership development Plan employee recognition, engagement, and appreciation events Monitor turnover, retention, and other HR metrics while identifying opportunities for improvement Assist with leave administration, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, and accommodations Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures Support safety initiatives and maintain required employment postings and documentation Build positive relationships with employees while promoting an engaging workplace culture Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast paced hospitality environment Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Experience with HRIS and payroll systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills Passion for employee engagement and developing others Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably within hospitality Previous supervisory or management experience preferred SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred Additional Information Consistent attendance and adherence to Resolute Road Hospitality’s standards are critical to success in this role.
