Description
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of relevant HR experience, ideally within an HR Business Partner or generalist capacity.
  • Broad practical experience across HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management and talent management.
  • Experience partnering closely with business leaders and advising managers on people-related matters.
  • Experience working in a multinational and culturally diverse environment; Middle East and Africa exposure is an advantage.
  • Experience in HR process improvement, HR systems, workflow automation, data analytics or digital transformation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage sensitive information confidentially.
  • A proactive, open-minded and collaborative approach, with the humility to learn, the initiative to drive improvements and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
