DESCRIPTION

To support the EMEA HR Director and wider HR Team, to deliver a first-class HR Service to the EMEA Region, providing best practice HR advice, guidance, and support.
In addition this role is pivotal in shaping and executing our global and regional HR strategies. Whilst conducting generalist HR Manager tasks, to include Employee Relations and Recruitment, this role will have a particular focus on Learning & Development and Talent Management, enhancing employee skills, driving organisational growth, retaining top talent, and fostering a positive and engaged workforce.

Responsibilities

GENERAL HR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the EMEA HR Team manage volume of work by conducting generalist HR tasks to include employee relations investigations, grievance and disciplinary hearings, recruitment & selection interviews and employee onboarding when required.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in respect to L&D and Talent Management in alignment with SANS goals and relevant regional employment law.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and legislative changes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
