YOUR QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• MCIPD with proven successful change management experience
• Experience in a similar role required
• International HR experience is desirable
• Experience of working in an architect’s practice or similar would be an advantage.
• Proficient use of HR Database – Cascade
• Advanced knowledge of standard Microsoft suite.
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Experience in new system implementation and database transitions would be desirable
• Experience of working in an Architectural practice or similar would be an advantage.
