Description

Responsibilities:
1. Local Compliance & HR Operations: Manage end-to-end HR processes for employees across Europe, build and maintain data dashboards, with a focus on performance management and employee relations;
2. Recruitment: Collaborate with the team to support the recruiting process for certain positions;
3. Local Team Culture Building: Organize employee care initiatives and promote multicultural communication;
4. Support HR system development in Europe;
5. Support the European business through a variety of HR tasks and constantly optimize the processes.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or a related field;
2. More than 3 years of HR experience, with rich knowledge particularly in HR operations, employee relations, and labor laws;
3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Strong planning and organizational skills with the experience of multitasking under pressure, preferably in multinational environments;
5. Proficiency in MS Office;
6. Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
