Description
The Human Resources Manager plans, coordinates, and directs the human resources functions at the facility and supports leaders in making people-related decisions in every aspect of the employment life cycle. They oversee the recruiting, selection, and onboarding of new staff; support training, performance management, and corrective action processes for employees; partner with facility leadership on strategic planning; and serve as a link between the facilities’ management and its employees. This position develops effective Employee Relations strategies that foster a safe, positive, productive, and engaging work environment. The Human Resources Manager ensures the people initiatives are aligned with the goals of the business while driving an inclusive and positive work environment. Additional Information Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm This is a union plant; hours will vary based on shift coverage needs. 5% travel This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
