Our Client is one of the fastest growing fuel companies in Europe. The business has organically grown to become one of largest supplier of fuels in Ireland.
They require an experienced Human Resource Manager to join their team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR manager or other HR executive role.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and oversee HR metrics.
  • Foster a positive working environment and promote company values and culture.
